On Thursday 8 March, Dr. Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine, in Japan at the invitation of the House of Representatives, visited the House with his delegation and met with Speaker Yokomichi, Vice-Speaker Eto, Mr. Kodaira, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Rules and Administration, and Directors of the Committee.
