On Wednesday 18 April, Mr. Victor Baloga, Minister of Emergencies of Ukraine, in Japan at the invitation of the Government, visited the House and met with Speaker Yokomichi, Vice-Speaker Eto, Mr. Kodaira, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Rules and Administration, and Directors of the Committee.
