Meeting Agenda

1. Resignation of directors and members; appointment of replacements

The following five directors were appointed to replace directors and members of the same party who resigned:

ISHIKAWA Yozo (Liberal Democratic Party) resigned as director, and TAKAICHI Sanae of the same party was appointed director to replace him.

TSUSHIMA Yuji (Liberal Democratic Party) resigned as member, and MOTEGI Toshimitsu of the same party was appointed director.

HOSOKAWA Ritsuo (Democratic Party of Japan and Club of Independents) resigned as member, and SHIMA Satoshi of the same party was appointed director.

KANO Michihiko (Democratic Party of Japan and Club of Independents) resigned as member, and NAKANO Kansei of the same party was appointed director.

SAITO Tetsuo (New Komeito) resigned as director, and AKAMATSU Masao of the same party was appointed director.

2. Appointment of deputy chairman

Chairman NAKAYAMA reported that NAKANO Kansei (Democratic Party of Japan and Club of Independents) had been appointed deputy chairman.

3. Matters relating to the establishment of subcommittees

It was decided, after discussion, to establish the Subcommittee on Guarantee of Fundamental Human Rights, the Subcommittee on Fundamental and Organizational Role of Politics, the Subcommittee on Japan's Role in International Society, and the Subcommittee on Local Autonomy.
