Donation ceremony (Tonga's volcanic eruption)
On Friday, 25 February, a ceremony to present a description of a donation to assist with the damage caused in the Kingdom of Tonga by the underwater volcano eruption was held in the Drawing Room of the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Mr. HOSODA Hiroyuki, Speaker of the House, handed the description of the donation to H.E. Dr. T. Suka Mangisi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Tonga, with Mr. KAIEDA Banri, Vice-Speaker, and Mr. YAMAGUCHI Shunichi, Chair of the Standing Committee on Rules and Administration, also attending.
