Resolution to strengthen Okinawa's economy and make Okinawa into a peace-
making hub on the 50th anniversary of Okinawa's reversion to Japan
On Thursday, 28 April, a resolution to strengthen Okinawa's economy and make Okinawa into a peace-making hub on the 50th anniversary of Okinawa's reversion to Japan, proposed by Mr. KOKUBA Konosuke and nine other Members, including Ms. OBUCHI Yuko, passed at the Plenary Sitting after she explained its intent. Prime Minister KISHIDA Fumio then delivered the government's view on the resolution.
