I was deeply saddened to learn of the cyclones that hit your country, causing enormous suffering to so many of your people through the loss of lives and the destruction of homes.
On behalf of the House of Representatives of Japan, I would like to express our sincere sympathies and condolences for the victims, their families, and all those affected. I pray for the swift recovery and reconstruction of the devastated areas.
