Esteemed Colleague,
I was deeply saddened to learn of the great loss of lives and terrible damage caused by the widespread wildfires in the central southern part of your country, inflicting enormous suffering on so many of your people.
On behalf of the House of Representatives of Japan, I would like to express our sincere sympathies and condolences for the victims, their families, and all those affected. I pray for the swift recovery and reconstruction of the devastated areas.
